Thank you for your payment.
Some email providers may filter our emails we send to you and believe they are spam.
To avoid this please adjust your spam settings in your email account for the email address you provided to our School.
Please note: Spam settings vary by email provider, please check your email providers FAQ section or customer support for specific instructions on spam filter settings and email safe lists. A quick Google Search can also be helpful if needing specific instructions for your email provider "how to stop emails from going to junk <insert email provider name>".
Your email provider may have a "sender safe list" or use filters so emails from specific senders are never sent to spam. It is strongly recommended you add [email protected] to the safe senders list/filter area.
Adding [email protected] to your contact list can also help reduce issues with communication going to your spam or junk folder.
If you receive communications from the School in your junk or spam folder please open the email and mark the email as "Not Spam" or whatever would be a similar/equivalent step for your email provider. This helps your email provider in the future with their algorithm they use when determining if an email is spam or not.
